The location of the apartment is excellent, with many restaurants and shops nearby. It is situated in a very secure area, right next to a police station. Additionally, the apartment is in the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are well-appointed and clean, with Villeroy&Boch fixtures in the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts are easily reachable and accommodating, allowing early check-in when available. Complimentary water is provided in the fridge and there is a variety of food options for breakfast.
One small downside is the lack of control over the temperature in the apartment. While the reception team is responsive and adjusts the heat centrally, it would have been preferable to be able to adjust it ourselves.

The value for money at Sercu Warszawy Apartamenty was excellent, and the room itself was top-notch with modern furniture and new equipment. The location was convenient, close to the city center and surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets. The staff was responsive and attentive to our needs throughout our stay.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

sercu warszawy apartamenty was even better than my last visit. the location was perfect, surrounded by cool coffee places and restaurants. the apartment was modern yet cozy, with all the amenities you could need. the host was super responsive and the check-in process was a breeze.
